The clip is about the flashback origin of Starfire being introduced to the Teen Titans. It´s almost exactly the same way that Starfire was introduced to the Teen Titans in the Teen Titans series. The only difference is...there is no Teen Titans when Starfire is introduced to the future team members of the Teen Titans. The clip shows that the Teen Titans already created.
